Marie’s Guilt Free Bakery offers Gluten Free Baked Goods, Gluten Free Flour Mix and Gluten Free Jams and Jellies. Whether you have a medical diet restriction or you’re just trying to eat healthier, we can cater to you. We offer the service of customizing to any diet including sugar free, vegan, wheat free, vegetarian, you name it… we can do it. We are a warehouse facility that will work primarily with on-line orders and delivery. Stay tuned for our up and coming website detailing specialty orders for bread, pies, cookies, bars and our own specialty pepper jelly. We are already working on our holiday menu… stayed tuned!

I’m really excited about my new venture and am very passionate about ensuring we all get the chance to enjoy the wonderful taste of fresh baked goodies. Since both my mom and brother have been diagnosed as Celiac a year ago, I started out on a mission that would allow them to enjoy that  great bakery goodness that everyone else gets to enjoy. I got such great response, I decided to open up “Marie’s Guilt Free Bakery”.  I’m happy that I get a chance to share my creations with all of you.

I want to ensure that my facility passes the necessary testing required to become certified as a dedicated gluten free facility. It’s important to me that all of you can feel 100% confident that what you will be eating is safe as well as delicious.

I will keep you all posted on my progress and although I am hoping for an official late November opening date, you can order from me via email at any time. I’m currently working on Halloween Sugar Cookies and  I’m organizing the Christmas Orders I’m already getting….so get yours  in now if you can please.  I’ve received great response on the Sugar Cookies, Shortbread and Gingerbread Men last year, and many re-orders. I will be working on more recipes this year so please let me know what you’d like?

Marie’s Guilt Free Bakery is unique in its product. Let me explain what I mean, we not only produce GF baked goods in a GF facility, but our product is also 100% vegetarian. Our specialty bakery can also cater to the strictly vegan diet as well the sugar free diet. We can customize to almost any dietary restriction and there isn’t a challenge we haven’t met yet.

The creativity used in my recipes was born basically out of necessity. I was raised in a large vegetarian family and being one of the older sibling, found myself as the designated baker. At a young age I experimented with egg free baking. I was called to task a few years ago as members of my family were diagnosed with celiac disease. I was also going through a few health concerns of my own. I started experimenting with GF baking. It turned out to be very successful and I starting baking for friends as well their friends. The response was that they couldn’t even tell it was gluten free. So here I am today.

Our facility will basically supply retailers but we also cater to online orders as well. Just visit our website and tell us what you need.
